Currently, Vidi is involved in various deals circling around M&A and capital markets. Vidi is experienced in many forms of transactions using arrays of instruments.
Prior to Lynx, Vidi worked as a Capital Markets and M&A lawyer, focusing on public offerings, private placements, acquisitions of listed companies, and general corporate law.
Vidi holds a Bachelor of Law (Sarjana Hukum) from Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Law (Legum Magister or LL.M) from Columbia Law School. He has also passed the Indonesian bar exam and is awaiting to take his oath.
